What a meaningful and joyful way to kickstart the Rotary year🌟

In alignment with this year’s Rotary International theme, “Unite for Good” 🤝, Sunday 20th July served as a powerful reminder of what unity and shared purpose can achieve 💫.

The Montebello Family – Rotary, Rotaract, and Interact – came together with love and dedication to complete the second phase of mural painting 🎨 at the Education & Therapy Centre. This special needs school supports children living with Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Hydrocephalus, Microcephaly, and Mild Autism.

This was more than just a painting session. It was an act of compassion, creativity, and commitment 💕. Watching our vibrant Interactors and Rotaractors pour their energy into every brushstroke was truly inspiring. Their team spirit 🤗, imagination, and dedication to uplifting others 💪 transformed a plain wall into a powerful message of inclusion and love.

Our Rotarians stood side by side with the youth 👏, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. As the school holidays began, these young changemakers chose to spend their time spreading colour, joy, and hope to a space that welcomes children who deserve nothing but the best.

The completed mural now stands as a symbol of kindness and connection – a cheerful welcome that greets children before they even walk through the school gates 🚪. This was a touching moment of friendship, collaboration, and unity – a beautiful reminder that when hearts unite, amazing things happen.
