We SHARE because we CARE.💗

Members of RC Montebello visited St Thomas Church in Beau Bassin on Monday, 18th December 2023, where a hot meal 🍴 is served to families in need from the areas of Beau Bassin and Rose Hill. We, the members of the Club, feel truly blessed to have been part of this laudable action — as RC Montebello catered for dinner 🍽️ that evening, serving 130 people in the community.

We also had the opportunity to share some meaningful moments with the Reverend and the families, learning how the Church continues to support those in need, especially the children. It was heartbreaking 😭 to witness the reality of homelessness, but heartwarming to know that, at least during this festive time, they were able to enjoy a warm, special meal and dessert 😋.

We believe that no one should sleep on an empty stomach. Though we may not be able to do everything, RC Montebello made a positive difference for a few 💯.

President Leena extends her heartfelt thanks 🙏 to all members for their support in realizing this project, and is especially grateful to those who were present to help serve the meal. It was a unique experience that left each of us with a deep sense of satisfaction — a humble yet meaningful way to close 2023 😊.
