A Trail to Remember: Nature, Fellowship, and Fun! 🌿

The Rotaract Club of Montebello set off to the south of the island for a fun trail and fellowship on this warm Sunday 13th April morning. ✨

Rotaractors and Interactors of Montebello started their journey with a fun bus ride to their first destination, Sophie Nature Park. 🌳 The fresh air and cool weather was a much-needed feeling for members, all thrilled to enjoy this escape in nature from their daily routine. ✨

The members mingled and walked in mixed groups to ensure a smooth trail all throughout. 🤝 From tall, majestic trees to soothing water bodies, the park offered innumerable instances of calm and wellness. 😌 The mere act of walking in this dense natural environment was a fulfilling experience for all members. The latter surely all felt the stillness and seized the opportunity to be present in the moment, all while connecting with the beautiful surroundings. 🍃 They also had the chance to visit the Forest Museum where a variety of artefacts and materials were on display.

After the completion of the first trail, members enthusiastically went for a second one, with the fun and adventurous spirits running high. 🌬 Once the tracks were successfully done, Rotaractors led the Interactors to the bus which then made its way to Blue Bay Beach for the fellowship. 🌊

The warm weather at the beach illuminated the face of each member as they all merrily chatted and ate their snacks. 😋 Rotaractors shared a sweet moment at @thespotcafemauritius where they ordered a delicious lunch. The mouthwatering pizza and fresh juice were shared by members on the beach where they ate to their heart’s delight. 🍕

The day was nothing short of wonderful, filled with teamwork, well-being, connections and unlimited fun! 😁 Rotaractors are grateful for a Sunday well-spent, bringing back lots of beautiful memories with them. 🍦
