Service to Community: Rotaract Club of Montebello in ACTION💪

The dedicated members of the Rotaract Club of Montebello had a wonderful opportunity to serve vulnerable families, adults, and children of Barkly on Saturday, 22nd June. With hearts full of compassion and hands laden with delicious snacks and refreshing beverages, we set out to make a difference. 🥐🥪🧃

It was truly heartwarming to witness the joy and gratitude in the eyes of those we served. The smiles 😊 on the faces of the children eagerly waiting for their plates of cakes, chocolates, and cups of juice were priceless. Their happiness and appreciation reminded us of the power of giving and the impact we can make together. 🤝

Upon hearing about our club’s kind gesture, Mrs. Rajeneedavee Mootoo Caroopen, Mayor of Beau Bassin Rose Hill, paid a visit and congratulated the club on its commendable action for society. 👏

Seeing the number of people walking towards us from all corners of the road to ask for their share was a humbling experience for our members. It reinforced our commitment to serving our community and making a positive impact.

The Rotaract Club of Montebello is grateful to Mrs. Fadia and President Leena for making this project feasible as we mark the end of this eventful mandate. 🙏 We believe that creating hope in the world starts with simple steps towards those around us.

Congratulations to each member of the club and to President Neha for her outstanding leadership during the 2023-2024 mandate. The club completed the last project of this mandate with a great feeling of accomplishment as a new club.
