It was a great privilege for President Leena of the Rotary Club of Montebello to attend the first-ever District Conference of Rotary District 3191 in Bangalore, following the split of the former District 3190 into Districts 3191 and 3192. The event provided an exceptional platform to connect with Rotary Clubs across District 3191. 🇮🇳🇲🇺
A heartfelt thank you goes to IPP Prasanna Kumari and the dedicated members of the Rotary Club of Bangalore Lakeside for facilitating this incredible opportunity for collaboration. As twin clubs, RC Montebello and RC Bangalore Lakeside have continued to strengthen their bond through meaningful engagement and shared service.
President Leena was honoured to meet and interact with presidents and members from several clubs throughout the two-day event. From the vibrant opening ceremony featuring a beautiful cultural exchange to the inspiring keynote addresses, the conference was truly a celebration of Rotary’s impact.
The sessions were enlightening and energising, showcasing outstanding projects that reflected the unwavering commitment of District 3191 to serving society and creating hope. The energy peaked with the grand reveal of the 2024–2025 District Conference, which is set to be held in Dubai — prompting many Rotarians to register on the spot.
Gratitude is the word that best sums up the experience. President Leena cherished the opportunity to be part of such an international Rotary gathering, forging new connections not just in Bangalore, but also with fellow Rotarians from Nepal. Rotary continues to prove itself as a global family — uniting people and creating positive change around the world.
