An Energising Start to the Year 🌟

🎉 What a dynamic way to kick off our Rotary year! The Rotary Club of Montebello came together for an interactive and fun-filled club meeting on Wednesday, 16th July that blended learning, leadership, and teamwork in the best way possible. 🤝

Under the engaging guidance of Vice President Ya Ling, members were grouped together and invited to brainstorm on the club’s long-term strategies — including ideas for district and global grant applications, and how to effectively lead a club meeting. 🌍

💥 The twist? Teams had to prepare and present their ideas on the spot — and to spice things up, one team even had to do a role play to simulate a real club meeting! 🎭

It was a fantastic surprise that sparked creativity, brought out leadership qualities, and reinforced the importance of collaboration. The room was filled with laughter, learning, and strong team spirit as each group came forward with concrete and thoughtful contributions.

This unique session also encouraged members to reflect on their roles and responsibilities within the club, reminding us all of the power of teamwork in achieving our goals.
