Donation of musical instruments🎶: The CELLO to the Association Vent d’un Rêve

A heart touching project ❣️ was held by Rotary Club of Montebello on Wednesday 6th of September where two cellos 🎻 were donated to the Association Vent d’un Rêve in Cite Malgalkhan. Heartfelt thanks 🙏 to Mr Daniel Merven & Mrs Leslie Merven who facilitated the realization of this project.

During the month of Basic Education & Literacy, members of RC Montebello demonstrated their concern towards education 📚. Education is not only meant to be academic but there are different ways of learning. Music 🎼🎹 is one crucial part in the life of a youngster since music is the language of the heart. Many feelings cannot be related verbally yet can be heard through music.

Playing musical instruments is an opportunity for youngsters 🧒👶 to acknowledge their hidden talents. Hats off 👏 to the work done by the whole team of Vent d’un Rêve at different levels. Members of RC Montebello had the opportunity to learn about the difference between a violin and a cello, and the most thrilling part was to listen to the performance of the children.
