On Wednesday 28th May, Rotary Club of Montebello had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Rajendra Kumar Foolmaun for a powerful and eye-opening presentation on: “Plastic – Realities and Challenges.” 
The session shed light on pressing issues such as improper disposal of plastic waste, bioaccumulation, and the alarming impact of microplastics on human health. Emphasis was laid on how our everyday choices affect not just the environment, but also our well-being.
It was a well-animated session followed by a lively and informative Q&A, where members actively engaged and reflected on the way forward.
