“The pennant of Rotary Club of Montebello is a symbol of strength and continuity that is to be hoisted with pride and grace throughout the years.”
Derived from the Italians, the word Montebello means ‘beautiful hills’ and our pennant is the emblem of that quintessence and much more. Imbued just under the west bank of Le Pouce Mountain, Montebello is anchored in the untouched lush of nature, which gives a sense of zen and connection.
Crossing the length of Montebello, the waters of Grand Riviere North West run their veins towards the sea and into the harbour of Port Louis, which gives a deep sense of connectivity and flow. The smart city of Montebello and its connection with the motorway depict an intertwined network where many communities and possibilities exist!
One can enjoy the glowing sunset and cool breeze through the majestic skies and mountain of Le Pouce. Down the gauzy waters of Port Louis, one can witness ocean liners that signifies connection to the outside world and welcoming of new possibilities.
