Unity in Action: Rotary, Rotaract, and Interact Clubs of Montebello Create a Masterpiece!

to share the incredible teamwork and dedication demonstrated by the Rotary, Rotaract, and Interact Clubs of Montebello in completing the District 3191 project—a beautiful fresco painting at the Education & Therapy Centre, a school catering to disabled and autistic children.

Saturday 8th June: Members joined hands to sketch the outline of the mural on the blank wall, setting the stage for the artistic endeavour. Sunday 9th June: Volunteers from all three clubs arrived at different times, with some dedicating their entire day, to bring the mural to life with vibrant colours and creativity.This initiative was more than just a painting—it was a testament to our strong community bonds and shared commitment to making a difference. Parents and citizens eagerly observed the engagement of our youth, showcasing the powerful impact of collaborative action.
We were amazed by the outstanding artistic power of our youngsters. It was incredible to witness how those more knowledgeable about art guided the younger ones, fostering a beautiful environment of mentorship and learning.
We are incredibly proud of the commitment and enthusiasm of our young members from the Interact and Rotaract Clubs. Despite age differences, the spirit of fellowship, love, and care was palpable, especially in moments where friends fed each other while their hands were busy painting.
The Rotary Club of Montebello, as the sponsor of the Interact and Rotaract Clubs, couldn’t be prouder of this heartwarming initiative.
