PILS -Prevention Information Lutte contre le SIDA

The members of the Rotaract Club of Montebello made their way to “Nou Vila”, PILS, where they met with members of the organisation and children suffering from HIV 💊💉. The PILS organisation provides support 💪 to people living with HIV in Mauritius, including innocent children 🧒.

The Rotaractors were deeply touched by the stories of each child — their struggles, and how they bravely overcome daily challenges.

The aim of the visit was to bring a smile 😊 to the children’s faces and make them feel loved 💗 by offering them a Xmas gift 🎁 during this festive season. Several fun activities were also organised to brighten up their day.

Each of the 31 children was thrilled to receive their gift — some couldn’t wait and opened them immediately, screaming with joy. The smile on each child’s face was truly the most rewarding takeaway from this project, a beautiful way to mark the end of 2023 💯.
